Is the world's current state of affairs affecting your sleep? I know it has for me. I've been spending more time on my phone, watching tv to wind down at night, and having some peculiar dreams. I'm guessing yours hasn't been the best either.

Even if we weren't in a pandemic, it is easy to take our sleep for granted and I want to take this episode to remind you why your sleep is so important, specifically to your performance.
