We live in a society that tries so hard to tell us who we need to be, what we need to look like, how we need to dress, and what kind of house we should have.

The world is trying to dictate exactly who we are and what we need in our lives. But, if we are followers of Christ then our lives should look different from the world around us.

So let me ask you this…

Do you feel the pressure to conform to society?

Do you ever feel like you’ll be seen as weird, different, or maybe even hated if you stand out from the crowd?

Is it easier for you to blend in rather than stand out and risk your reputation?

Today I want to dive in with you and discuss how God has called us to stand up and stand out for Him, and how that applies to our health. We’ll cover some passages that help us better understand what God’s Word has to say about this topic so make sure to grab your Bibles. Then we’ll go over four ways that you can make your health set apart for God.
