Cindy is a scientist on a mission to bridge the gaps between psychology, nutrition, and health. She's the founder of Nutrition Zurich, which aims to empower individuals and teams in Zurich, Switzerland and beyond, helping them build both physical and mental strength while living busy, demanding lives.
Cindy's academic background includes undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Psychology at the University of Cape Town and South Africa. She furthered her education with a Master's degree from the department of Health Sciences and Medicine at the University of Luzern and specialized in Nutrition at ETH Zürich.
Cindy's passion is to break down barriers, debunk nutrition and health myths, and provide clarity in a world saturated with conflicting information. She serves as a trusted expert and partner for individuals and organizations striving to achieve lasting transformations by offering a science-based, personalized approach that stands out in the crowded field of health and well-being.
