In todays episode Chris is joined by veteran personal trainer Yordanos Tessema. Yordi as she is known to her friends, has over 10 years experience on the gym floor coaching men and women to become the strongest version of themselves. Along the way she has turned many heads overcoming general myths regarding strength training for women. When Yordi isn't deadlifting 450+ pounds, she's educating her clients about the components of protein and relation to muscle building along with many other important considerations.

Yordi goes into detail in this episode regarding what she did, overcame and now what she preachers to others regarding the many myths of the gym and females.

Yordanos is a personal trainer and an educator with 7 years of experience in the fitness industry. She specializes in strength training and is a competitive powerlifter at the world level.
