As a physiotherapist, my clients often want to increase their energy and stamina. It’s generally easy to go to the gym and do the hard work when they’re feeling good. However, they find it difficult to sustain this level of physical activity. I’m sure you can relate to this in your own life, striving for more but struggling to achieve. I’ve found that the answer here is to dream big and do less.
