As summer nears, do you immediately think of cutting calories drastically to prepare for the beach or a vacation?

In this episode, I'll share three cautions against calorie deprivation to meet a summer weight goal. This approach can backfire for some, leading them down an unintended path.

For others, yo-yo dieting and deprivation can negatively impact metabolism. I'll explain how to manage a calorie deficit correctly for sustainable results rather than long-term damage.
