This is something there is a lot of conflicting information around but if you look at the actual human outcomes we don’t see evidence for eliminating these things long-term unless you have an actual allergy to these foods.

If you’re one of the many who have eliminated, or considered eliminating, dairy, gluten, and soy, this episode is for you!

Kacey discusses why eliminating these things, may temporarily help to provide fewer triggers in the body, but, ultimately, you have to ask yourself why your body is being triggered by those foods, to begin with.
