    • Day rest – starts, splits & ends my day. It is a totally different pathway to the day of a mindset. Giving you a sense of accomplishment in different ways.
    • You can be so relaxed but still running the games.
    • Each time you step on the mat – coming to the mat with good intentions. Looking at only running the patterns that I’m seeing. Looking at having game plans -> turning the formula into physical world of making senses.

    • Depends on the city if you’re in a major city try a few of them out. Call, go in visit, look for beginners’ class, ask questions.
