Welcome to the Dr. Stephanie Poe Show. Stephanie is a Doctor of Immunology, coach, mother, and friend. She helps women who are suffering create breakthrough. By uniquely combining her own healing journey, lessons learned, vulnerability and scientific training, her heart is for women, teaching them to acknowledge their body in the healing process - holding space for where they actually are, not where they tell themselves they “should” be.
Stephanie welcomes listeners into her community, a safe space to heal our bodies, hearts, and minds. Not only does she vulnerably share her story, but she offers tangible tools for listeners to walk away with and utilize in their own healing. The work is simple, but we get to do it.
