This episode is something that is very close to my heart, as it is the number one thing we must all learn to harness and cultivate as we embark on a healing and or evolutionary or personal development journey. Self- Awareness.
Self-awareness requires slowing down, getting real, honest, and intimate with ourselves, our patterns, minds, thoughts, and actions. It is from this awareness that we can actually rewire, reprogram and move into transformation and growth.
Without awareness of where and who we are being now we cannot change, grow, or evolve!
