Hello @everyone! Food addiction recovery is not always a straight line to success (at least in my experience) and for those of you who feel discouraged because your not perfect and struggle with the all or nothing thinking, this message is for you today.
Yesterday, I binged and I want to share with you my thoughts on overcoming perfectionism and practicing compassionate curiosity when I make a mistake with my program. We all have permission to be human. Our mistakes can become stepping stones and learning opportunities if we practice self reflection and compassionate curiosity after.
