Hey Hipsters! For today's episode, I'm bringing you National Women's Health and Fitness Day! I'm sharing what I have learned about this holiday that's received recognition on social media. This includes the many different ways to celebrate this holiday, exercises to get your body outside of its comfort zone, and to reassure it's ok to take baby steps to get you where you want to be in your health and wellness journey. I also talk about how I'm preparing myself for this holiday as well.
