In Episode 22 of The Intuitive Health Podcast, Dr Anthony talks with poet, activist and healer, Laura Murphy, whose work centres around the ancient Irish practice of Imbas Forosnai - the gift that speaks truth to power and brings healing to society.
As well as discussing their own journeys with the divine feminine energy and what led them to becoming healers, Laura and Dr Anthony discuss how women can heal their wombs and what safety in this space looks and feels like. The womb is typically a place where women hold a lot of grief, creating energetic blocks in the lower chakras. This can lead to suppressed emotions, disconnection from intuition, sensuality and a lack of creative flow or purpose.
This podcast forms part of Dr Anthony's women's healing work, which includes the 'Divine Feminine Retreat' in Ireland on January 10-12, 2025; and the 12-week 'Science, Soul and Power of Woman'.
