Meet Yoga instructor Lisa Schrieber and get the inside scoop on how she adapts her words, vocal tone and cadence to her many specialized audiences. Lisa is a Kids Yoga instructor, but also teaches prenatal yoga and yoga for new moms. She is also author of “The Promise of Shabbat”, a playful, interactive children's yoga book where preschoolers are prompted to do the poses along with the reader. Lisa will share some poignant stories about her yoga journey, as well as give listeners valuable insight on everything from keeping the attention of active toddlers to holding quiet space for the fragile emotions of new moms and their infants.
