When April The Church Girl suggested we talk about our relationship with Gratitude I was thrilled! Being grateful for being alive is the best way to live a happy life! Gratitude is the emotion that helps each of us create great Karma! Gratitude keeps a smile on my face. Gratitude keeps me focused on what is important having faith, doing my best and contributing to my own well being. When I am grateful every cell of my body is whole and content. Practicing being grateful has helped the Reiki Healer be a constructive and mostly content human.
