hady Honaker is the founder of Sam's Love. Sam's Love provides memory books free of charge for those who lose babies. Sam's Love was founded in memory of her son, Samuel Beckett, who was born still on January 27, 2021, during the height of the Covid Pandemic. Sam's Love also holds a yearly 5k to keep the cost of their memory books free for all whom may need one. Shady passionately shares her story from a unique perspective as she is a women's health practitioner and was trained to look for dangers in pregnancy yet still experienced a stillbirth. Her desire is not only to change maternal care but also to find a way to prevent stillbirths. In agreement we talk about our frustrations with maternal care in America but are hopeful to make create change.
