The destructive behavior of self-isolation brings us further into our own heads and pushes us away from building meaningful relationships. While it's easy to construct a reality in which you don't need others, we are social creatures that desperately need one another to survive. Fulfillment comes when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable with our fellow humans.
This episode discusses my own personal struggle with the tendency to self-isolate as well as my newfound appreciation for social interaction.
