On this week's episode, Julie talks about the anxiety that we all feel sometimes. Anxiety and worry are normal human emotions that we need to protect ourselves from harm. The trouble occures when they are allowed to take off and control our reasonable brain, so we don't function that way we want to function. There are many tools that we can use to help us notice when anxiety shows up in our body and also tools to help us calm our nervous system.
