Meditation is a life skill and one that will unlock so much for you- ESPECIALLY towards your health!
In this episode, I make a compelling case for why we all need to start practicing meditation. It's super easy to begin- you just sit down for 5 minutes and focus on your breathing. I use guided meditations and I can't even do more than 5 minutes to start, because you do need to improve at this skill.
