It turns out, the ability to just be a human BEING and existing is tougher than previously imagined. Most of us are human DOINGS, focused on the day-to-day tasks we must accomplish, goals, schedules, etc. But how often do we get to plug out from that and just experience the current moment?
Today, I talk about the importance of doing nothing well. This means having time to just exist. There's a lot we can gain from making some time in the day to do nothing. You'll see. Enjoy the episode.
