In this week’s episode of Weight Loss Doesn’t Have to Suck, I had an eye-opening conversation with fellow coach and friend, Andrew Cipriano, who specializes in helping people stop vaping. Our chat took some fascinating turns as we explored how behaviors like overeating, vaping, scrolling on your phone, and online shopping are all just ways we distract ourselves from uncomfortable emotions. Andrew and I explored how self-compassion and emotional awareness make it so much easier to shift out of these habits, without the need for harsh, restrictive approaches.
