What I Would Have Missed is launching a year-long digital art exhibit showcasing artists from around the world. Each podcast includes an artist statement reflecting on their mental health journey. Rays of light will be either a brief What I Would Have Missed message from a suicide attempt or ideation survivor, words of wisdom, wellness tips, What You Have Missed message from a suicide loss survivor to remember an individual who has died by suicide.
