this episode is a love letter to the person who cuts people off every time they feel some type of way: the fear of conflict is ruining your relationships. i want to invite you to see conflict in a new way - a way that allows a deepening and cultivation of a relationship and makes space for the humanity within each being. depending on how we were raised, we all view conflict differently but experiencing it is simply inevitable. conflict resolution skills are necessary to build a sustainable community and develop healthy relationships, especially within yourself.
you can't have community without conflict.
