Entities 1-5 are 365 days a year. Every day I water each of these pots. The amount of water I give depends on the season of life I’m in. No flower pot is ever completely neglected; not even #6. This is BALANCE. This is Whole Body Health.

Identify your top 5 Entities of life.
1. What season of life are you in right now? Note, this is not the season of life you want* to be in right now. Be honest; this is a huge part of setting yourself up for success.
2. What is the bare minimum efforts that need to be applied every day, every week & every month to move forward in each of these top entities?
3. Write these bare minimum task so you have clear direction every day; that you KNOW if executed, will move you forward in all areas to reach your ultimate goal: Whole Body Health.
4. Execute the plan.
