Hi! Lucky we are to be alive and aware, to be trying to improve and become more. Some ideas about one's meditation and mindfulness, how to find your courage, your strength, your persistence in following your breathing and circulatory processes and vibration. Also know as "your flowing being," cause I know what you want, we are almost the same, 99.6% the same. Open, allow, accept, be humble, look up and rise in your sense of perspective expanding what you are and feel. this is one's practice, to grow, to nourish one Self, to take little steps of self encouragement, that we might know thru these little successes a little more of our potential. helping us glow in our self illumination!
