In this Premium episode of the "Be A Better You Podcast," we dive into the transformative power of creating a personal wellness plan. After discussing ways to decrease exhaustion in our previous episode, we take it a step further by guiding you on how to develop a comprehensive plan tailored to your unique needs. This episode is packed with practical advice on assessing your current state of wellness, setting achievable goals, and creating a holistic plan that covers physical, mental, emotional, and even social, and spiritual well-being.

However, having a well-crafted wellness plan is only the first step. We explore the critical importance of taking action and how subconscious limiting beliefs can act as major roadblocks. Just like having all the ingredients and tools for a recipe but the chef is asleep, your wellness plan will remain unfulfilled if you don't take action. We identify common limiting beliefs, such as "I don't have enough time" or "I'm not good enough," and easy ways to identify and start to overcome them.

For those who have experienced narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, or trauma, these limiting beliefs can be particularly challenging. This episode will help you recognize these mental barriers and equip you with the tools to break free from them. By taking control of your wellness journey, you can begin to heal from past trauma and move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
