Today we are breaking down the structure of training & nutrition when working towards a performance goal, in the lead up to Shack competing in the Mooloolaba triathlon next month.
We talk about balancing performance goals with body composition goals, and the importance of prioritising each at different times.
There's a lot of juice in this episode (whether you're interested in triathlon training or not!) Because so much of this info carry's over to other performance goals like lifting heavy, improving strength & building juicy glutes!
