Often times, we focus on the future and the many things we want to accomplish.
But what if we shifted to what we can do right now? And were only focused on the singular step or goal that would take us in the direction we want to go?
That's where Pat Sabatini finds himself... 5-1 in the UFC and obviously with aspirations to take it all the way. But the single goal is to get into the rankings. After all, you can't be the champ or among the greats if you never crack the rankings.
And to get there? Sometimes less is more. We talk about his back story a bit, the discipline he is trying to employ, and the over-training in the past that he is constantly trying to get a handle on so he can be his best.
