It will be impossible for you to walk through life with any kind of confidence and compassion if you don’t stop beating yourself up. That’s why the thought work I do every single day is hands down the most important work I do. This week’s episode 255 of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast is about how to move through life with confidence, self-love, and compassion!
