When I went to record today's show, I pivoted completely from what I was going to talk about to what I felt compelled to talk about.

In Episode 140, I share 8 things that are BETTER than "settling" for a life of disordered eating in the driver's seat.

You see, "it's possible to miss who you've been called to be, because you're addicted & attached to who you've settled to be."

But girl, you can stop settling!

You can start honoring your body, standing in your truth & making peace with your past so that you can create the future you dream of.

Look around you sis... if you are settling for life & you aren't living up to what you want for your life than it's time to stop being okay with "good enough".

You are worth more.

You deserve better!
