A few years back, I remember sitting on the couch, wanting to get up and do what I knew I needed to do but just couldn’t find the motivation. I’d made a to-do list, decided to work out right after work, but every day, I faced this internal battle. It wasn't until I learned the importance of accountability and hired a coach that things changed for me.
