Continuing on from episode 38 about our purpose in as parents of adult children. A powerful practice that changes how you feel about your children and how you show up as a parent is being able to envision a future when it all works out for them. We can trust that even the challenges in their lives are leading them to a bright future. Along with that, if our life is centered on our children then we will be on a roller coaster of emotion depending on what they are doing. We can serve them better by being centered on our own emotional stability, personal growth and connection with God.
