In this episode, Tammy shares her journey and what led her to JGFG, her strategy to winning the plank challenge two years in a row, and her favorite moment in JGFG so far. This week, we challenge you to get uncomfortable. If you're a planner, let someone else do the planning or do something spontaneous! If you haven't been consistent with your workouts lately, stop making the excuses and get it done! Choose something that will get you out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself to do it. If you are uncomfortable, that means you're growing!
