This week, Trish and I sit down and discuss expectations. How to manage them, how to know when you’ve put too much pressure on yourself and how to handle people when they don’t meet your expectations. We also cover the idea of admitting we were wrong and a little reminder that we all need to give ourselves a little bit of grace. It’s okay to focus on your own happiness. I love Trish’ saying “Eyes on your own paper.” You can’t control other people, but you can control yourself. Enjoy!

This week, Trish and I sit down and discuss expectations. How to manage them, how to know when you’ve put too much pressure on yourself and how to handle people when they don’t meet your expectations. We also cover the idea of admitting we were wrong and a little reminder that we all need to give ourselves a little bit of grace. It’s okay to focus on your own happiness.
