In this episode, I share a unique lens on the phases I believe make up the emotional healing journey. I vulnerably share my awkward history with my feelings and how that forced me to be extensive in the range of healing modalities I explored. I finish by sharing a massive blindspot that 90%+ of people doing the work have that completely blocks them from alchemising their emotions.
