In this episode I sit down and talk to my college track and field coach who happens to be one of the most successful USA track and field athletes in all aspects concerning longevity and volume of accomplishments. We talk about his upbringing, his entry into the sport all the way up to his Olympic experience and finally to his career coaching thousands of track and field athletes and even winning multiple national championships.
