In this coaching call, Diane was looking for some help with time management. She came to me looking for strategies to shut out the noise and focus on what matters in every time block and each area of her life.

We worked through what isn’t working for her and she developed a plan that she could take away and implement to help her stay disciplined and focused on the task at hand.
