Hey mama,
Do you find yourself in the throws of raising littles? (even if you aren't...yet, this episode still has some gold for you too 😘)
If so, then this episode is specifically for you IF you have felt like you *have* to workout at 5 am.
This week I break down why this is actually not the best time to workout as a mom with little kids, what you can do instead, and how you can make sure you are balancing taking care of yourself as well as your home, family, and work life as well.
I used to be so hard on myself, forcing myself out of bed no matter what to get to the gym by 5 am when my kids were little. I had no grace for the season of life I was in. I just thought this was the price to pay if I wanted to be fit and healthy.
Turns out, you can't sacrifice health in other areas for long without paying a price for it.
If you want to live a wholly balanced life, feeling satisfied and content in all areas, then you have to look at living your life with more intention, and less box checking.
This is one area to start with.
Mama, it's time to stop beating yourself up and to start living your life more fully and intentionally.
