Today I am honored to be joined by Rebekah Keat
Better known as Bek by friends and family, Bek is a 6 time Iron Distance champion with 5 sub 9 hour finishes and a former world record of 8 hours and 39 minutes.
Originally from Australia, Bek started competing in triathlons at 16. Only having retired recently, she was world class for over a decade. Now with her wife Siri, she spends time coaching athletes on their own triathlon journeys, as well as saving horses from slaughter with Believe Horse Ranch & Rescue.
Today we sit down to discuss how Bek found success at a young age and how she has been able to compete at the highest levels of life for so long.
