It's become a bit of a crazy obsession...women wanting to BULK (gain muscle) for x number of weeks and then CUT (lose the fat) so they can see their gains...
Is this what we want...to overload in calories, then go into a deficit, thinking that we can 'unveil' all our lovely gains...over and over again?
