I was inspired to create this episode and the podcast in general as so many people I have recommended the book to are having a hard time understanding the mechanism of letting go in Dr, Hawkins's book and how to let go in general.
This is intended to become a "Pillar" episode that I will encourage you to come back to again and again, as it can take some time and repetition to really "get" the mechanism of letting go and how to let go.
I will convey obstacles and understandings I have come upon while doing the letting go technique for over 3 years now. It is my intention to help you get through the trying times with an understanding the results are really rewarding and worth your time.
