Today’s meditation is focused on the breath. It so easy to go through the day, moving from one task to the next…without ever really considering our breath. Sometimes you can go all day without even realizing you haven’t taken a single intentional breath…Or maybe you find yourself holding your breath.

This short practice gives you an opportunity to slow down and connect with your breath. It will leave you feeling lighter and more relaxed.
